Cement plate inSPORTline Ergo 2.5 kg is a special steel weight suitable for all types of fitness barbells with axle diameter of 30 mm. The plate is moreover equipped with ergonomically shaped holes, through which the plate is easily manageable and can be also used as a one-handed or two-handed dumbbell.
