When exercising in the HRC mode (Heart Rate Control) the elliptical automatically adjusts loading according to your actual heart rate and keeps you exercising in the optimal heart rate zone for fat loss and improving fitness. The large backlit LCD display shows all necessary exercise data as e.g. power consumption, actual heart rate, time, distance, calories burned, exercise level, the course of the training program.
