The Isodrinx Nutrend 420g + 12 Tablets is a unique sports drink which will keep your body hydrated during a physical activity. Thanks to the high content of quickly absorbed carbohydrates, it is a perfect source of energy and provides the body with the right amount of minerals. Moreover, it is enriched with 10 vitamins. It allows for both hypotonic and isotonic solution. The Isodrinx Nutrend 420g + 12 Tablets was created based on the latest developments in the area of exercise physiology and sports nutrition and with regard to fluid and mineral intake requirements during a physical activity.

ISODRINX is intended for:

• Effective body hydration

The ISOtonic drink is intended for relatively short-lasting (up to 60 minutes) intense physical activities.

The HYPOtonic drink is intended for long-lasting (more than 60 minutes) less intense physical activities. Drink 100ml every 10 minutes.

The isotonic drink has the same osmotic pressure as body fluids. Since human sweat has lower osmolality than body fluids, it is essential that you pay close attention to dosage. The amount of minerals in human sweat is inversely proportional to the ambient temperature (concentration of minerals in human sweat decreases with the increasing temperature). Therefore, at temperatures exceeding 25°C, it is necessary to increase the amount of water for preparation of the ISODRINX by 10 – 20%. Excessive consumption of isotonic drinks may result in electrolyte intake being higher than electrolyte output, i.e. electrolyte intake exceeding the current need. This will cause the increase in concentration of electrolytes in extracellular fluids and disruption of osmotic balance between the extracellular fluid and the cells.

ISODRINX also supplies a number of essential vitamins.

The mixture of minerals is combined with simple sugars (glucose, sucrose) and complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin), providing the so-called “fast” and “slow” energy. Following the recommended dosage, the drink is perfect for fluid and mineral replenishment. Use the hypotonic drink during a physical activity to hydrate your body. Use the isotonic drink during a physical activity to replenish energy and lost minerals. This product can also be used before a performance for carb back-loading.

Recommended dosage: ISOtonic drink – 35g (slightly heaped measuring scoop) in 200ml of water (osmolality = 275-305 mOsm/kg); HYPOtonic drink – 35g (slightly heaped measuring scoop) in 750ml of water (osmolality = less than 250 mOsm/kg).

Use: follow the recommended dosage and stir in water. Do not use mineral water.

After opening store at the temperature not higher than 25°C and use within 2 months. Shake before use! (All of the above applies to the 420g and 840g packaging).
