Joint Supplement Nutrend Flexit Liquid 500 ml consists of glucosamine, chondroitin, proline, glycine, MSM and hyaluronic acid with added vitamin C that increases collagen creating for normal function of bones and cartilage. FLEXIT LIQUID recommended dosing: 

Once a day 15 ml on an empty stomach. Doing sports activities, you can increase on twice a day 15 ml (between meals). Use continually for at least 60 days. It is recommended to combine the FLEXIT LIQUID with the FLEXIT GELACOLL. Repeat this care at least twice a year. Don’t exceed recommended dosing.

Using: Shake before using. Dilute it with a cold beverage. Don’t combine with milk or alcohol. Close the bottle tightly after using and wash the measuring jug in warm water and dry. Open bottle must be kept perfectly closed at temperature up to 10°C. Use it within 2 months after opening.
