CREATINE ETHYL ESTER is suitable for: athletes that want to improve their strength. It is ideal for speed-strength sports, such as hockey, martial arts and others.
Recommended dosage of CREATINE ETHYL ESTER: to improve muscle strength: 3-6 capsules 45 minutes before the start of your training, 3-6 capsules after training can also be used. The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules. Take regularly for 4 weeks, then stop for at least 4-6 weeks. Always use in combination with carbohydrates (i.e. gainers) to ensure better efficiency.
Usage of CREATINE ETHYL ESTER: In accordance with the recommended dosage swallow the pills with a sufficient amount of water. Do not wash down with alcoholic or dairy drinks. Do not bite into the capsule! After opening the package, store at 25°C and use by three months.
