The solid structure with an 80x40mm frame painted with a special rustproof paint is a must. As the bench features multi-position barbell holders, it is suitable for any arm length. At the back of the bench, there are two platforms for the sparring partner. Its vertical slope makes the bench perfect for strengthening the shoulders. You can use both the barbell and one hand weight. The high quality upholstery on the anatomically shaped pads provides maximum comfort during the workout. Practical main stand

The main stand with holders for 10mm barbells provides safety. As there are three holders under one another, the bench is suitable for any arm length.

Step-on platforms

At the back of the bench, there are two platforms for the sparring partner. Therefore, you do not have to worry about getting injured. Moreover, the platforms are high enough so the assisting person can easily hold the barbell.

Storage posts for Olympic weight plates

There is one storage post for Olympic weight plates (50mm diameter) on either side of the frame. They save not only space but also money as you do not have to buy any additional stands.
