Do not hesitate and contact us immediately if you have a problem with some of our product’s completion, setup, and maintenance or in case the product was not delivered in compliance with the parameters stated in the manual. We will do our best to solve the problem.

 



Complaint

Nobody is perfect and it may happen that something goes wrong. In case you have trouble with our product, let us know immediately and we will solve the problem as soon as we can. Even though the situation is unpleasant for us, we will do our best to make our customer satisfied.

 

It is necessary to make a complaint in the store where you bought the product. All products purchased via e-shop must be sent, together with printed and filled complaint form, to this address: Dělnická 957, 749 01 Vítkov
