Recommended dosage:
One serving = 40 g (1.5x scoop) in 200-250 ml of water.
Consume the dose shortly (10-30 minutes) after training.
For intensive recovery after a strenuous workout we suggest to use a second dose after 45 min. Use up to 2 times per day depending on your diet.
