Characteristics of the active ingredient:

L-Carnitine is an amino acid that contributes to efficient combustion of energy in the body. L-Carnitine acts as a carrier of fatty acids directly in the cells. L-Carnitine carries fatty acids into their place of combustion – i.e. to the cell mitochondria. Mitochondria is like a ”cauldron“-burns and creates energy in the body. If there was no L-carnitine in the body, the body would be unable to use even a gram of fat for energy supply.
L-Carnitine is also involved in the total body energization and also contributes to weight reduction, supports heart and brain activity, improves physical and mental performance.
Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid, is a common vitamin that supports energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 is involved in releasing energy from proteins, it is soluble in water.

Recommended dosage:

• 1 bottle a day, preferably in relation to physical activity, of aerobic nature. Drink about 30 minutes before the start. If you are expecting more time-consuming exercise (more than 2 hours), the bottle can be split into 2 halves. Drink the first half of the drink before the exercise and then the second drink in the half of the exercise.
