This system of construction ensures high stability and efficiency of training and, finally, a smaller spacing of steps to guarantee natural ergonomic motion. The new design with a flywheel mounted in the front means a total change in ergonomics of leg movement - longer step, natural path of movement and associated higher efficiency of exercise. There is also a change in the track of steps, step progression ceases to be flat and the move is similar to walking up the stairs. This unique sliding movement with ascent allows more intensive strengthening of leg muscles. Elliptical Trainer Steelflex XE-6700HRC is equipped with a feature-rich computer. Preset programs such as weight loss, walking uphill, fat burning and others can then adjust the workout exactly as required by a particular user and if even this is not enough, there is the possibility of setting your own custom tailored program. Computer of the elliptical trainer is equipped with multiple displays for maximally clear display of training values and its operation is very simple and natural.
