Aerobic ball inSPORTline has an incredibly wide range of uses. It is suitable for strengthening, stretching, balance exercises, aerobics and gymnastics. You can practice with a fully inflated ball, but with underinflated as well. It offers a number of variants of individual exercises, it assists to exercise parts, which we would otherwise stretch with difficulties.

Jsem po operaci páteře, je mi 27 let a potřebuji doma rehabilitovat na záda a břicho a v tomto mi míč má pomoci. Jsem spokojená, vyhovuje mi a ráda doporučím každému pro výběr barevnosti, pumpičky a dvd.

V práci mě pobolívali záda, tak jsem se rozhodla koupit si tento balonek na kterém budu sedět nebo si ho dám pod bedra a zádům tak ulevím. Jsem s ním velice spokojená, sice sedět na velkém míči by bylo lepší, ale lepší než nic. A v práci je hezky nenápadný :)
